"Mixed experience "

The nursing care I received was second to none! However, I was asked to arrive 30mins early and then had to wait for 4 hours!! Even taken into consideration the way the department operates, 4 hours wait is totally beyond my comprehension. By the time my turn came, my anxiety levels were through the roof, making for it a very traumatic experience.

However, to reiterate, the care I received during the procedure was faultless. I was so well looked after.

I have had various treatments at King's and my experiences are always the same. The medical staff really are the best, it's always the administration that is at fault.
