"Private Consultant Gastroenterologist at Ross Hall Hospital"

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Heydtmann again today at Ross Hall. My current Consultant had left me feeling like i was not being listened to and basically told me there was nothing he could do for me. This discussion had left me feeling more anxious so i decided to reach out to the only person i knew i could trust with my health and that was Dr Heydtmann. After several emails it was decided it was best that i saw Dr Heydtmann for a face to face consultation. Dr Heydtmann was his usual friendly self and it was nice to be immediately put at ease. The consultation was thorough and everything was explained to me and i was allowed to voice any concerns or ask questions. I was given a few possible solutions to my situation and they were explained to me. I was so pleased that there was the possibility of a treatment for my problem. I always feel happier and relieved after seeing Dr Hydtmann as he always gives me good advice and a possible solution.
