"System has changed for the better"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as a service user),

Firstly, I would say that the system has changed throughout my stay in Notts. That things have definitely got better in terms of people getting better physically and mentally. (Namely myself). And others.

Secondly, I would say that the main thing is recovery time and the need for restraint, medication and isolation need to be looked at, as people seem to spend a long time in and out of the system. (In my experience, but not all).

I would just like to thank all of the people that have helped me to get better and give us a second chance.

Thanks.

P.S hopefully all being well, we will all pull through.

Hi

Thank you for taking time to send Rampton your feedback.

I think the staff who helped you will be very happy to see what you have said about them.

Regarding to your comments about the main thing is recovery time and the need for restraint, medication and isolation need to be looked at, it would be very helpful if you could expand on this for the Staff at Rampton to see what can be learnt
