I was in and out of Gravesend community hospital Urgent Treatment Centre on Bath St within one hour, I had triage and saw the doctor and came away with a golden ticket of a prescription. I got the medication from a late chemist and then got back to full health.
The Doctor was amazing - full of empathy and gave a detailed description which was very helpful for me. She really cared for me and was superb from start to finish.
This was a qualty experience compared to visiting another hospital with the same issue and waiting 4 hours and not seeing anyone at all.
