(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came into hospital after I contacted the Emergency Department regarding a burn I sustained on my toe. The staff in ED were very helpful and kind to me.

Since coming onto the ward the staff have been very kind to me, and I have had no problems with ay member of the team here on the surgical ward. The nurses have so much to do, and I am surprised by how they manage to do it. They do their best to get me anything that I need.

The only thing I would comment on would be that the shower for my ward does not work properly. Whenever it is on hot the pressure increases drastically and my clothes get wet then, but aside from this everything has been good so far
