At the beginning of ApriI I had a minor operation to remove an infected cyst from the back of my head.
Reception at Forth Valley Hospital clearly directed me to minor surgery. I had to wait less than 5 mins before Kirsty & Alisha carried out pre-op questions, then did the removal of the cyst with great attention to my comfort.
When the op was compete I was given clear instructions on the aftercare of the wound.
I feel the whole thing was handled with courtesy and professionalism.
