Arrived a little bit earlier then my appointment time. I wasn’t in the waiting room very long.

The nurse was gentle and I asked her not to tell me when she was putting the needle in so we kept talking, throughout the whole procedure the only thing I actually felt was the numbing solution going into my arm.

I was also given free condoms as it takes a week for the new implant to properly start working.

I like how Bishton Court have their booking system now as a few years ago it was a sit and wait. My consultation was done over the phone and then an appointment was booked.

It wasn’t busy, the staff were very welcoming.

The only thing I would say is there does need to be a customer car parking as the building is tucked out of the way and there’s no car parking spaces for customers.
