"Waiting times "

I arrived at A&E on a referral from my local GP on what he described as a potentially critical situation which required further investigation. I arrived at The PRU at exactly 21:50 and was briefly seen at the registry desk to confirm personal details. It’s now 05:35 and I am still not been seen! I went back on the desk on two occasions only to be told I was yet to be seen. This is unacceptable!!! This level of inefficiency need to be investigated and remedial action taken immediately. On a scale of 1 to 10 (with one being extremely poor and 10 being excellent) I rate this service a 2 - disgruntled patient.
