I went with my elderly mother to get her booster jab. Unlike the previous visits to the Castlemilk Centre for vaccinations, there were no seats for those waiting.
The people had to queue and they were nearly all elderly, a lot of them with sticks. My mother is 85 with a painful back when she has to stand for some time.
Chairs should have been put out. The staff organising should have been aware that those attending were likely to be elderly folk.
Disappointing.
