About: Maternity care / Maternity Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am 100% happy with the treatment of all the staff from the maternity ward. They are all very polite and the communication between myself and the doctors was great.

My delivery went great because of the work of the great staff.

However, the quality of the food could be a bit better. I personally feel like the toilets could be cleaner and it would help if they could leave some maternity pads in the bathrooms for use. I feel bad asking the nurses repeatedly for things as I know they are very busy so this would help.

I was very tired and the cleaners were very loud while cleaning my room and woke me and my baby multiple times.

I will certainly pass on your comments to the relevant staff. I'm sorry that you didn't find some of the areas on our ward satisfactory and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
