I hardly ever use the surgery or see a GP, however I am very disappointed as when I had to call into the surgery today to speak to a GP, mine was not available. I found the doctor not particularly helpful and quite dismissive. I was quite surprised at how brisk their attitude was. Very disappointed!
But fortunately having called back to reception, thank goodness for a fab receptionist, she was great.
