"Treated with respect"

I just had a procedure at Perth Royal Infirmary and was so worried about it, I can’t praise the staff enough, from the beginning to end of my visit the staff's treatment of me was exceptional. They all treated me with respect, put me at ease and were so caring, and spent so much time explaining every step of the way even tho I know due to Covid they are understaffed and stressed. Thank you, you're not called “Angels” for nothing.
