About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

I attended during a very quiet period of the day. I was checked in and triaged promptly. The HCA took my bloods and BP quickly and was SO friendly and kind. I think I was speaking to the doctor within 45 mins of arrival! Thorough investigations, pain relief offered and the kind HCA even refreshed my hot water bottle for me as I had visited for severe stomach pain and brought one with me. I felt very well looked after and the staff on shift on the morning of 25/03/2022 are a huge credit to you. If I was allowed to name them here, I would. Thank you all!

Thank you for telling us about your recent experience in A&E, it is very good to hear how your care was not only timely but that you felt well looked after by the staff. Not everyone has such a positive experience in such a busy department so it is reassuring for the staff that their care is so gratefully received.
