"No one answers the phone"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I had a pacemaker fitted. The next day I felt just as dizzy as before the fitting. Leaflet says phone the pacemaker clinic, but why? No one answers the phone. 

Very disappointing and worrying.
