"Recovery with assistance from Inclusion"

I have been supported by Inclusion Hampshire directly in relationship to my recovery program from addiction over the past +2 Years.

My Key Worker Peter together with my ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) Facilitator Ricky, have both been instrumental in providing me with clearly focused workshops and support, both online and in person.

They equipped me with all the necessary tools and guidance to help me build a very consistent and robust recovery mindset together with an approach to building competence when dealing with everyday challenges myself, both internally and externally.

I cannot thank the whole team at Inclusion more, and am so grateful and humbled that they have assisted me in getting myself to such a strong position.

Grateful, humbled, happy, joyous and free - is the least I can say about how I feel today about working hand in hand with such a strong, supportive team.
