"Very friendly and professional"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Surgical Skin Team

(as the patient),

I attended an outpatient appointment at Forth Valley Royal Hospital to have a small ulcer removed from my face.

The staff who dealt with me (David, Maureen and Aimee) were very friendly and professional. Everything about the procedure was explained very clearly by David.

Throughout the procedure David was explaining things to Aimee, a Student Nurse and the procedure was made quick and easy as everyone was generally chatting with me and each other throughout.

After the procedure was complete the aftercare was explained well and I was given an information leaflet to take away with me.

Dear JB287,

Thank you for leaving such a lovely review. It gladdens the heart to hear that you felt involved in the conversation and we didn't just talk over you.

Hopefully everything progressed as planned and you are well on the way to recovery by now.

Thanks again

David
