As a mother of a 31 yr old son with mild learning difficulties , trying to get information from staff in ED was terrible.
Once we were transferred to ward 7b the care could not have been better and the staff have been wonderful. Felt genuinely cared for and my son put at ease.
Kept informed at all times and staff couldn’t do enough to help us both. Has really boosted my opinion of the NHS after a difficult start in ED
