"Frustrated at lack of investigation"

Went to the surgery today for an appointment. I have come away deflated and frustrated. I have bad neck pain with dizziness and the only thing that has been done is being referred to physio. I was not seen by a doctor but some sort of healthcare assistant and have come away in tears as I worry I may have a trapped nerve in my neck or a blocked artery but the only thing that was done for me was ‘Ill refer you to physio!’ Now I am left with the pain still here, no MRI scan or any other kind of scan to look into it further. It leaves me with the only option but to go look for private healthcare and pay for a doctor who I will actually see and who will actually listen to me.
