About: New Victoria Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

Excellent service at New Victoria outpatient Ophthalmology clinic. 

Receptionists were welcoming. Eye nurses were all friendly and very professional. 

Dr Williams was superb and explained everything clearly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of using the Ophthalmology clinic of the New Victoria Hospital.

It was great to hear how you had such a pleasant experience while visiting the clinic and how the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout your journey.

It was also comforting to hear how you felt everything was explained to you in a clear and pleasant manner by Dr Williams. These little things can make all the difference.
