About: Physiotherapy / Physiotherapy (outpatients)

(as a service user),

 I had, what I would describe as a horrible experience at an outpatients physiotherapy appointment this morning. 

I Was made to feel like an inconvenience on the service, comments were made about my attendance to the accident and emergency department which were not relevant. 

I felt the Physiotherapist was rude and not person centred at all.

I am so sorry to read this feedback and that you had a horrible experience at outpatient Physiotherapy this morning; we do not want anyone to feel that they are an inconvenience to any of our services and rudeness is unacceptable too.

I am grateful you felt able to raise your concerns. I am, however very concerned you felt the need to do so, and that your experience was horrible.
