I would like to thank the wonderful staff at the Western Trust. I had found a lump in my leg that turned out to be a tumour. I am very grateful for the wonderful and timely care which I received from staff in many departments at Altnagelvin Hospital, from the radiology staff where I got a CT scan, MRI and ultrasound guided biopsy to the surgical team and day case/theatre nurses at Omagh Hospital and Primary Care Complex. Mr Zawislak did the surgery to remove my tumour and he was very reassuring, approachable and took time to explain what the plan was and kept me up-to-date with MDM discussions etc. Thank you for the great care that I received especially as this was during the Covid-19 pandemic.
