"DIDN'T WANT TO TREAT ME AS IT WASN'T MY HEALTH…"

As I'm not from Lancaster and was on holiday here it was suggested that I go to my home town of Bolton rather than get treated here ?? I arrived at A&E and was happy with the wait time displayed on the live information board outside then once Inside it was 2hrs ( that was fine too) then I booked in and it was noticed I wasn't living in Lancaster and so the receptionist said it's 3hrs wait. Then a nurse sat next to her suggested going home as it's now 7hrs wait ??? The waiting area wasn't that busy. So I left and we drove home. I had a fractured hand and finger and quite a deep cut on my wrist and finger. I was treated by my own Health Authority so now Lancaster won't have to claim any money back. Totally unacceptable really, we pay our taxes surely one would be able to be treated at any NHS hospital. Nobody even looked at my injuries after falling with a glass that smashed in my hand, I hope next time I'm at my caravan I don't need any really urgent care from Lancaster NHS
