"Wonderful care"

I had a total knee replacement in February and the care and consideration was outstanding,from admission to discharge. The anaesthetist, explained everything, and the nurse with her was so calming. All the nurses on the ward were wonderful, kind and generous with their time.Nothing was too much trouble. The surgeon came twice to see his two patients, as did the anaesthetist.The food was great and the catering team brilliant. Only one thing, (my personal bugbear), is the single use plastic bottles. Could one be issued per patient and refilled as needed?
