About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Had been referred to Plastic surgery in 2019 but due to covid appts had to be postponed-I totally understand.At ll times I was kept in formed of the situation and was able to have have my surgery in Feb 2022.From pre-op at Glenfield to theatre Admissions at LRI I cannot fault anything.Theatre staff,and recovery ward were also excellent and who knew operating tables are now heated!! Aneasthtis was excellent as was surgeon and his registrar and as for his secretary she is a star.Ward 9 very good and they did have some demanding patients(not me I hasten to add)Was not too keen on havin to deal with a drain when I was discharged but hey it was only for 3 days .x
