Staff attitude

I had my gallbladder removed (Laproscopic Cholecystectomy) in early March 2022 at Hairmyres Hospital.

Experience was first class from my arrival in Day Surgery until my departure, minus my gallbladder.

Everyone involved in my care treated me professionally and with the utmost respect.

I would like to make a special mention of my Consultant, Mr Denley, who has supported me right through from my first bout of Pancreatitis in June last year. He and his team carried out my operation so successfully that I do not even require any follow-up care.

I would also like to mention the excellent nursing care I received, especially from trainee Natasha and staff nurse Fiona.

Thanks Marjorie. I am recovering amazingly well but my wife is ensuring that I don't try to do too much 😊
