Attended today for ct scan, and was actually a bit took aback. Although very nice, a staff member dealt with 2 other patients while I was there and never changed apron or gloves between patients.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to us on your recent experience of Radiology Services at University Hospital Monklands. I am pleased to hear that your ct scan experience was positive however I am concerned that the infection control measures you observed were not to our usual standards. I will pass your comments to the manager of the dept who will disucss this with staff to ensure improvements are made for future.

I am disappointed that our usual infection control procedures were not adhered to and will pass this on to the CT Superintendent Radiographer to remind staff of our procedures.
