I am 85 years old and I broke my hip. Because of staff shortages through Covid I only had four visits from a single Physio whilst in hospital.  Several days after release from hospital from a ten days stay I was visited by a Physio from the Bromley Healthcare Home Pathway team for assessment. He arranged for home visits by a Physio from Bromley Healthcare. Debbie was that physio and she gave me a number of exercises and stressed how important it is to do them in order to rebuild my strength and balance.  After six visits I felt noticeably stronger in my leg thanks to her careful observation of my progress and adjustment of the exercises as she saw my improvement weekly.  I now feel stronger thanks to Debbie though my walking is still painful but less so than before her first visit.  Thank you Debbie - you are a star.
