About: Ironbridge Medical Practice

One of the doctors, who I’m not allowed to mention, is lacking in care. I got the details to make a complaint to the practice manager and then had a phone call back to say the referral I had wanted was being done as the doctor had changed their mind. It should not take the mention of a complaint to get the service and care patients require.
