"Repetitive Unreliable practice"

The surgery next to the lifts on the 1st floor is the worse for it's service and reliability.

I phoned a few days ago to get a repeat prescription. I was advised it will be ready the next day at about 4pm. I phoned a few days later to be told to come at 4pm because it's not signed yet. When I did phone again that same day to check, they said it's not signed yet and to phone back the next day.

This has been happening to me for many years. This is a routine and scenario which always happen Weather it's COVID or pre COVID it's always the same unreliable service. My medication is important to me and not having the medication I need seriously impacts me.

Also today I phone this morning because my daughter had rashes on her body. I Phoned to see a doctor and was sent a link to upload some photos. The link didn't work. I Phoned back to explain and they sent an email address via SMS for the photos to be sent and I was advised to phone back at 5.30. When I phoned back they could not find anything to do with the Email I had sent and they advised me to phone back again the next morning because the person who took the call had gone home.

So now we have to wait a further 24hours which makes us concerned and worried about my daughter health and condition because of the surgery's on-going incompetent.

These Examples are not new but regular experiences with this surgery. I have had similar remarks from friend's and family regarding this surgery.

It's very frustrating that these issues regarding getting appointments or medication becomes a mission. Unless you constantly ringing and chasing them up nothing gets resolved..

I fear one day something fatal may happen to bring this surgery's unreliable services into the public eye

for these issues to be resolved.
