Very helpful set of exercises provided once a week at start & then every fortnight. I found the exercises to strengthen my leg muscles and improve my balance. A well thought out programme of exercises.
The carer (Karen) led me through the exercises and assessed how I was doing during each visit. She was very helpful, caring & understanding.
I’m continuing to use most of the exercises now the care visits have ended.
