I was brought into A&E by ambulance for a scan of my brain &tests. I was well looked after in a very busy department, but it was a somewhat distressing experience as I have Extreme difficulty walking so felt Unable to avail myself of the free refreshments which were brought round as I did not want pester people for assisstanc to go to the Toilet which was difficult for me to get too!. I was in the dept from 230 -1030pm which was why I got aliitle distressed! other than that the staff were very helpfull and proffessional and I was impressed with this.
