About: University Hospital Wishaw / Medical Oncology

(as the patient),

I have attended Wishaw Oncology Day Unit over past 2 years. I would just like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and thanks to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism for what has been a difficult and anxious time for me. 

I feel very comfortable with all of the staff in the unit and would especially like to thank, Fay, May, Lorraine and Nicola.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your gratitude on Care Opinion and secondly give you the assure that I will pass your grateful thanks onto the Team.

Fay, May, Lorraine and Nicola will be delighted to receive this positive feedback as I know they work very hard to ensure they deliver excellent care to everyone coming into the unit for various types of treatments.

The Team recognise the anxiousness of both patients and their families at these times when there is uncertainty on what to expect and I am delighted to hear that their kindness and professionalism was apparent which help you during your visits.

I wish you well on your next steps in your journey and once again thank you for taking the time to post this lovely feedback.
