"Exemplary staff in the falls team"

About: Older People Community Services / Community Falls Team

(as a service user),

I have had several visits from the falls team & each dept have been reassuring. The staff who visit are exemplary in every way and it would not be fair to single out each person.

My final visit from the team was today when I got my shower stool delivered, that will enhance my self-confidence greatly. I also got copy of the letter that has been sent to Dr Leitch by Paula & it makes a lot of things clearer to me about medicines I have been taking (some for a good length of time).

A big thank you to the team.
