The support of the qualified/trainee midwives, got me through the most difficult time in my life. I felt so supported by the staff, being looked after people who had been in the exact situation you. Giving you time to talk about losing your child, I didn’t feel like the nhs was stretched, I felt loved and supported by midwives, who I felt genuinely cared about me.
