About: Clackmannanshire Community Healthcare Centre / Mental health resource centre

(as a service user),

For about the last year all of my outpatient appointments have been online, which I can understand due to covid. What I can't understand, is why these are with a pharmacist, rather than a psychiatrist. During this time, I've had  several periods of real struggle, and though I appreciate the help I've received (usually changes to medication), I'd appreciate an appointment with a doctor.

I tried calling but was told that you weren't working and that you would call me back but I've heard nothing.
