Called for my 3 year old who had a temperature of 41.8 and was vomiting and showing signs of having a headache. Was told an out of hours gp would call within the hour. 12 hours later and still no call. Absolutely disgusted and not surprised that people go to A & E unnecessarily instead of using this service.
