"My honest review "

Hi all, this is my honest review from the start (my first phonecall) to finish (my procedure) first call to MSI 15th December 21 after finding out I was 7 weeks pregnant and wanting an abortion straight away. First phonecall went really well and I came away with a feeling of hope after being told I could have my prefered choice of treatment the pill which as you know you can have up to 9 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy. Appointment was booked for 23rd December and the night before it was cancelled, I was distressed to say the least but they offered me the 27th December as an urgent appointment...this was cancelled also and was the last day I could get the pill. So very upset I got an appointment booked in Brixton 11th Jan and was 10 minutes late due to train issues...they turned me away which is ridiculous because I know very well they never see you at that exact time, so i got booked into Ealing which is extremely far from where I live, went along to the preassesment 24th Jan 13weeks pregnant got seen an hour and a half after my appointment time, the woman took my blood, asked some questions, done a scan and took a chlamydia test (which I still havnt got results for - think these have gone missing) Finally I got booked in for procedure on 8th Feb in Brixton which I gof told might not go ahead as the woman who took my info in Ealing didnt save my notes, obviously I had a break down and they managed to get the procedure done thank goodness because I wouldn't have been happy waiting aany longer being 15/16 weeks pregnant. The procedure itself went smoothly and honestly was the least distressing thing out of all the appointments and phonecalls. I really hope you sort this out (mainly admin like preassesment and be a bit lenient if people are only 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment because we all know your never seen at that time anyway) so theres my review, I hope you can improve your service after reading because I would hate for any otner women to go through what I had to endure, it was extremely distressing, I lost A LOT of weight due to stress and depression because of being messed around and also very long waiting times and the only good thing about all of this was the professionalism of the nurses and surgeons on the day.
