I have noticed during my time here, that the staff need to use a lot of their precious time helping patients in and out the door to the garden. It is something simple that could be fixed - an automatic door would help staff and also make patients more independent. Patients are often left outside, sometimes waiting for busy staff members to be able to come and help them in, when they could be able to do this themselves if it wasn't for the door and threshold.
Otherwise the staff seem to run the place perfectly - a mixture of people from all different directions that seem to all function as one family, kind of like Star Trek! The kitchen seems to function well too and the food is of excellent standards and excellent choices: faultless.
You can only but give compliments. The environment is perfectly safe, wonderfully clean and excellently maintained.
