About: The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust

Shrewsbury A and E is a total disgrace .

Badly signposted . And once you have found it , very difficult to access on foot .

Reception staff seemed friendly . And that is the only positive I have .

The A and E department is worse than third world hospitals I have visited .A total embarrassment .

Over crowded shabby waiting room . It must be so depressing to work here .

I waited over 2 hours to see a doctor ,gave up and went home . I had had symptoms of DVT but could not stand to spend another minute in this soul destroying place .

This hospital needs to be demolished and a proper , modern hospital built in its place .
