"Everyone could not have been more helpful"

Having been a Health Care Professional for the past 25 years I think it is important to highlight good experiences as all too often it is the negative ones we hear about.

I found myself going for emergency surgery and I can genuinely say that everyone from EPAS, Main Theatre, Reception/Recovery and the Gynaecology Ward were fantastic and could not have been more helpful.  I especially want to mention Anna who was on a night shift. She made me feel at ease and nothing was a bother to her.  She was extremely helpful, empathetic and caring, an asset within our NHS.   She went out her way to ensure I was comfortable on a very busy shift.  Thank you.
