"Care and compassion at the endoscopy unit"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Endoscopy

(as a relative),

My brother was going for a colonoscopy yesterday. He is disabled and obviously a little nervous.

The care both myself and my brother received was fantastic. Annmarie the ward clerk was so helpful and accommodating. Yvonne who admitted my brothers care was fantastic. Spoke to him with dignity and respect and in such a friendly manner. It made such a difference.

Thank you so much. All the care and compassion given was 1st class.

Good evening Belzp48

Many thanks for taking the time to share your brothers experience whilst attending University Hospital Wishaw for an endoscopy.

I am so happy to read your positive words which I will be delighted to share with the staff especially Annmarie and Yvonne.

I am sure it will make their day.

Please pass on my kind regards to your brother.

Again, thank you for contacting Care Opinion.

Best wishes

Jean
