(as the patient),

Endoscopy Department: Colonoscopy Procedure. 

Really friendly and reassuring staff, fantastic efficiency.  Each part of the session flowed into the next with no long waits in between. All the staff had a fantastic attitude and really worked well as a team. It is a bit of an embarrassing procedure but they all had a good bit of banter between them which makes you feel a lot better about being there.

As much as I hope not to have to attend again, if I do I will certainly not be as worried or embarrassed next time.
