"Very Poor"

Called 111 at 14.00 this afternoon regarding my 6 year old daughter and spoke to a really helpful Clinician who said a GP would call back. No call came. By 19.00 I called 111 back and had to go through the whole Q&A process once more. Again, was told a GP would call us back and but unfortunately would not be able to attend a Urgent Care Centre as she hasn't recently had a PCR Test (it isn't Covid and she had it 4 weeks ago) It is now 22.20 and we are still waiting for a GP to call back. Our only other recourse is A&E when all we need is antibiotics. Absolutely shocking that we are still waiting 8 hours later for a call back and the GP Out of Hours won't see us. And people wonder why A&E is packed to the rafters....
