"Excellent"

I have been a patient here for years. I was always well looked after when it was a traditional single family doctor. Unfortunately the doctor retired and the practice was absorbed into a larger local group practice with multiple doctors and surgeries. It has taken a while but I have now found one of the doctors who has the same caring attitude and diligence as my previous doctor. I now always request this doctor....even if it means a delay in being seen.....as I feel that it is such a waste of everyones' time to have to repeat my whole medical history if I have to see a doctor who knows nothing about me as a patient.

There is a possibility that the surgery here in Westcott may move. I do hope not, as it has a dispensary too and, being out in the countryside with an infrequent bus service to Dorking, it is a life-saver......quite literally!

Anyway.......reception, doctor, nurses and dispensary are great.
