I never had this kind behavior in my life. someone really need to look their reception/admin staff they are the most unhelpful people I have seen in medical field, and this not the 1st time I had this experience its many time and every time get more disappointed than previous, so that it just decided to change my GP, filling the form for other one now.
I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. please stay away from them. they only their to get paid not for help anyone.

Your have made a generalised comment about the receptionist/admin team. Do you have a specific example for me to investigate?
