"Unprofessional "

Horrified to sit and listen to a member of staff talking and laughing about a patient whilst I was waiting for my eye test. She was very unprofessional, rude and her language was dreadful and totally unaware that the whole of the busy waiting room could hear the conversation.

This doctors isn’t mine but I had an appointment for my eye screening test, which was very good it’s just a shame the receptionist let the service down.
