"My overall experience has been wonderful"

I have been on the orthopaedic ward for two weeks today. I was rushed over in the ambulance after I fell whilst minding my grandkids, the ambulance came within ten minutes. The staff in the ambulance where so friendly and were able to keep me calm. The wait in ED wasn’t very long, I was sent up onto the ward quick enough, after I was told I had broken my shoulder. I honestly can’t believe the service I have received here, I have never been treated as well in my whole life! The staff are excellent I have never seen people who work like they do, they never stop. They are always quick to assist me if I ever have a problem and in general they are just very nice people. They are always up for a chat, I never feel lonely when I’m around them. I want to especially thank the student nurse Eimear for all the help and support she has given me. I also want to thank nurse Molly who has been amazing, there are also so much other staff to thank, for their hard work. The kitchen staff and cleaners are fantastic, their hard work never stops throughout the day. My overall experience on the orthopaedic ward has just been so wonderful, I have been made to feel so comfortable by all of the staff around me, and the care they have provided for me is out of this world. I couldn’t thank them all enough!
