Very welcoming and supportive in appointment. Reception sometimes takes a while to answer at times but good when you get through. Really like the option to do regular screening at home and send samples by mail. frees up clinic time for procedures that need to be seen in person.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the service you received. I am sorry that you have trouble getting through on our telephone lines at times - we are looking at ways to improve our telephone service and your feedback helps us to understand the issues. It is good to hear that you like the way that our service is run to offer patients regular screening via online testing and that the staff are welcoming and supportive. I will feed this back to the team.
