(as a service user),

I have already given the feedback regarding the procedure I had done which was excellent.

This is the feedback for my follow up appointment.

I saw a skin cancer specialist nurse Katie who explained to us what the results were from my procedure.  She was kind and very professional explaining everything that would happen afterwards.  She took the time to explain and answered any questions we had.  During this appointment I also saw other professionals called Lisa and Hilary who were both so kind and so professional explaining everything to me.

The treatment I have received once I came into Dermatology has been excellent and I cannot praise the staff highly enough.

I’m glad we were able to answer your questions on the day and we had an opportunity to ensure anything you were unsure of we had the staff able to explain it all.
