About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

came here for a panic attack and heart palpitation issue, needed a friend with me, security kicked her out as only one person was allowed to be there yet let a couple sit next to me eating food the whole time and chatting. I felt entirely abandoned, i struggle with suicidal thoughts and tendencies and this was pushing me over the edge, i had to leave without being seen or supported as i no longer felt welcome or comfortable. reception lady is rude too. People should be more considerate of other’s issues and feelings as they’re in A&E for a reason after all.
